Taiwan Youth Camp 2008 > Camp Aftermath! (7 July)

Setting off from the school after the camp...the big guava is still there...hehehe...lol Finally taking a better look at Kaoshiung...On the FREEway! =DFinally we are approaching our destination... ...the 3-in-1 mega mall, DREAM CITY! Dream City -- dream for the shopacholics ya? =PLunch @ Chinatown While the rest of the group went to a Japanese restaurant for buffet, the 3 of us wants to try out something closer to the local cuisines.Beef soup wanton!

The soup is really really delicious...hahaha...lolLooking out from the shopping mall...nice view... =)You can probably spend a very long time shopping in this giant shopping mall. Each mall seems to have a specific target group of customers too -- high-income, youngsters, family etc...
Shop, shop, SHOP! =P你够坏吗? =PHello Kitty cookies from Hoikkaido! =DDThe Ferris Wheel! The most amazing thing about this ferris wheel is that each carriage are painted with hello kitty or the saniro friends (aka XO, melody etc)...KAWAII neh! =DFinding our childhood memories...hahaha...lolWe took cab back to the hotel to wait for the coach to come and pick us up to the train station......some were resting on the sofas at the lobby, some chit-chatting around... ...and some even provide free entertainment for all us by playing a sweet melody with the grand piano there...nice play Edwin! =D Here I am @ HSR Zuoying Station!We bought the cheaper free seating tickets back to Taipei...taking the 6pm train... =)Now then I realised that next year The World Games is going to be held here at Kaoshiung!Sitting by the window and enjoying the sceneries of the stretch of Taiwan from south back to the north. Most of these places are farms and industrial areas...so peaceful... =)

By some miscommunication, Tina was the only one who accidentally hope on the 30 minutes earlier train back to Taipei. The door closed immediately after she board the earlier train. We will meet her there then...Back to Taipei Train Station!Dinner of hotstone bbq and steamboat buffet!

This dinner is actually a treat from Pastor Ku for the Singapore mission team for helping out in the last two camps. It is such a wonderful blessing for us manz...thank you pastor! =DD
