Europe Trip: Back to London! (19/05/07)

Back in UK after the 7D6N group tour!

Since we took a ferry there to France the other time, we took the ferry back to UK and here's the white cliff of Dover. It kinda reminds me of what we learnt back there in the secondary school days from our Geography textbooks...hahaha...lolThe S34 class gathering in London! :D

Amazingly, there were about 8 of us for this gathering (though Yimin is in UK but at Southhampton at this moment). Sounds really cool to see everyone oversea... :)Whether you believe it or not, this is my first ever Indian meal! :D

Didn't know there is such thing called masala sauce till I come over to UK and it is totally NOT spicy at all! Hahaha...my favourite manz...lol *wink*Chocolate fondue made by Daryl! :))

Don't know if it is because of the European chocolate or the fruits there are just so much nicer, this fondue is somehow better than the one done by TS back in Singapore during Xmas...hahaha...ooops! :P (if TS ever see this entry...well paiseh manz...lol)London's Camden Market!

This market is well-known for its Gothic market, pretty much similar to our pasar malam back home...except really nice clothes they got there at a much higher price to pay... :X This is what my friend called The Fake Chinese Food! :P

Chinese food is much cheaper there (with drink is only 3 pounds!) BUT they are just different compared to those back home...oh well, you will know what I mean when you get to see them yourself here...hee...lol
Hampstead Park located right on top of a small hill...scenic and relaxing... :)From left to right: Shi Ning, Huiling, Cavin and Me.The European culture is very family-orientated and to emphasize on the work balance. Hence, it is common to see families having picnic at the park, people strolling around and simply just lay back on the grass field to relax...manz I envy them...hahaha...lolCozy place isn't it? Anyone wanna stay here? :PHampstead is considered the higher class living area, just like our River Valley or Bukit Timah. You can see quite a range of branded boutiques down the streets of Hampstead...The famous Hampstead crepes! We got to queue up for a while for this so it got to be good manz...hahaha...lol An interesting signboard that certainly will capture your attention. :)
The day ended with us having a homecooked dinner by Shi Ning and watching the French movie "Amelie" at her place. A different kind of day out I would expect it to be in a foreign land but I like it...thanks for everything... :))
