Back to Edinburgh!
We went up to a hill to see the overview of Edinburgh from another angle.This structure was found right on top of the hill...doesn't it look like the smaller version of the one at the Roman Forum in Rome? =)
I am always captivated by such old old structures with pillars...hahaha...lol
The structures create a beautiful backdrop for the green bench here...haha...lol

We walked back up to find the Edinburgh Castle after we returned back our car.
Edinburgh Castle!
Edinburgh Castle is one of the most visited castle in Scotland as most of the buildings are very much preserved in good condition in its original state.

Since the castle is located at the top of the hill, you can have an overview of Edinburgh from here too...with the sign here telling you the prominent buildings in Edinburgh... =)

This is the slum where the POW (Prisoners of War) used to stay.
Another kind of prison for the POW
This prisoner cells are more for the higher ranking officers. Grilling rooms are located here too where the officer will confront the prisoners for information after they were captured.

Making my way out of here at last...which means the end of my Scotland trip is approaching too...sigh... =S
