Indecisive

Mum just called.

My parents want me to fly back to Hong Kong this December for a holiday. I bet any children would jump at the chance of going overseas, especially sponsored by their parents. Yet I don't know why but I don't want to.

Not that I don't want to go overseas. I want to go back to Hong Kong to see them. I wanna go back for shopping, for holiday, for food and everything. I don't want to be alone here.

But I will be going back during Chinese New Year this year as I don't want to have another year alone, munching on pizza hut delivery as my own reunion dinner. And next year's CNY is in Feburary...which is only like 2 more months away?! Yet don't know why my dad wanted me to go back so urgently...even after I told him that would be quite costly to travel two times so close to each other?!

I don't know if I am right here as I thought of spending less the better. But then, rejecting my parents' wish for me to be there with them doesn't sound right either. I miss them too. Haiz. And even if I can make it back, it will only last for a few days or at most a week. Should I????

God, I don't know about this. I need to make a decision quick as it is going to be mid-December in no time. I just don't feel like spending on my parents' money, since I still have my graduation trip and all that. Am I too focus on money issue? But I should not NOT focus on it too also right? Ha. I guess I am conflicting on my own feelings here.

Miss my mummy and daddy. *sobz* :(

Big sister advice! Why don't you write them a beautiful daughter letter reminding them how much you love them and value all they have done for you these past years. Talk about how you are feeling and how you want to be responsible in this matter and that you will really look forward to seeing them for CNY. Just a thought.
