Wanted: Guide to buy a Digicam (for dummies) :P

My digicam is spoilt and I am still thinking if I should send it for repair. The warranty is already over long ago and I don't really think it worth repairing anyway. Ha. Browse through a few models of digicam but it just so difficult to make up my mind. Anyone have any clue to what to look out for? Which brand or model is good? I need opinions before I make my choice. :P

They look not too bad to me though. Maybe I just need some time to consider too. Hahaha...running on low cash now...still got arise & build fund...haiz...money not enough...maybe I should just pay by instalments for the camera if possible...hahaha...yeah...lol
